Once again, the Big Apple has been taken over by the stylish set for NYFW. Amidst the chilly weather, runway shows and running around, it’s easy to get … well, run down. Luckily, Target has stepped in to make every day of Fashion Week a little bit easier.
Centered in Chelsea Market in the heart of Fashion Week happenings, Target set up shop with The Everyday Café.
As a welcome place to rendezvous, rest and recharge (literally—the amenities include outlets and phone charging stations), the Café offers guests free Wi-Fi, snacks, coffee and a place to kick off their high heels before dashing off to the next show.
Inspired by Target’s latest grocery and essentials marketing campaign, The Everyday Collection, the red and white, bullseye-bedecked space features cheeky mannequins in custom outfits inspired by the campaign’s broadcast spots. Each ensemble connects to one commercial and features touches of the everyday essential items in the ad—there is even a pair of stilettos encrusted with oatmeal and a ball gown made from socks.
We stopped by the Café to check it out, and ran into Ana Quincoces, celeb chef and star of “The Real Housewives of Miami.” Hear how fashion and food meet in her everyday life, below!
